Registration

There are 3 easy steps to register:

1. Complete the registration form below.
2. The Festival and Volunteer Coordinator will confirm your registration within a week.
3. Once confirmed, send cheque payable to “Conservation Halton" by September 23, 2010 to:

Please note:

• There are no refunds or credits for this event.

• To finalize your registration, all 3 steps must be completed. As spaces are limited, registration will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis, so be sure to reserve your space soon!

• Should the number of students registered by grade change following submission, teachers are asked to provide the revised numbers of attending students by grade to the Halton Children's Water Festival Coordinator by September 13, 2010. The amount you'll be charged will be based on the number you provide on this date.
